Enduro Rules

 

Any areas not covered in the rules shall be left up to the discretion of the officials.  Officials reserve the right to effuse entry to anyone.  Following the race, the top 10 cars will be inspected.  Any car found not meeting or within rules specifications will be disqualified and will forfeit all money.  NO OFFICIAL RESULTS WILL BE AVAILABLE AND NO POSITIONS WILL BE PAID UNTIL AFTER INSPECTIONS ARE COMPLETED.

 

  1. 1. Street cars only.  No trucks allowed.

  2. 2. Seat belts required and shoulder harness required.  FACTORY STOCK ALLOWED.

  3. 3. All gless including mirrors must be removed.  All trim, chrome, etc. must be removed.  All lights must be removed.  Mesh should be securely mounted in place of windshield.

  4. 4. Roll Bar will not be required, but up to a four point cage is allowed.

  5. 5. Stock seat allowed.

  6. 6. No altering of suspension.  Cars may be asked to run either direction on track.

  7. 7. Only stock, OEM steel and aluminum wheels.  Must be stock or OEM! Tires must be designed for road use only.

  8. 8. No passengers allowed.

  9. 9. Driver door must be welded closed.  All other doors and hood must be chained.  ALL HOOD LATCHES MUST BE DISABLED.  Holes can be cut to run chains through.  No other holes in hood allowed.  Stock bumpers for make and model.  Bumpers must be chained. 

  10. 10. Battery may be moved but must be in enclosed battery box and securely mounted.

  11. 11. One radiator per car and must be in stock location.

  12. 12. No reinforcing, cutting apart, welding, or modification of any part on car except as specified above.

  13. 13. No high performance parts allowed.

  14. 14. No radio communication allowed.

  15. 15. All drivers must be 18 years of age or older.

  16. 16. Gas tanks located above or in front of rear end do not have to be relocated and must be chained with one-inch minimum width chain.  Relocated tanks in trunk area may be plastic or metal marine tanks and must be covered and securely fastened.  Gas spouts may not extend past body of car.

  17. 17. Each car must provide another person to do lap counting.  This person will have the responsibility of watching your car only.  This person must also attend the driver meeting prior to race.

  18. 18. Race will be 200 laps or 2 hours.  Instructions for lap counters will be given at drivers meeting.
