The Red Cedar Racing Association requires that a minor liability waiver form be on file for all minors under 18 years of age who are competing or who are in the pit area without parental supervision. It is preferred that the form be signed by both natural parents, and for competitors, it is required that both parents sign.
The form must be printed in color, signed, and either notarized by a certified notary of the public or signed at the track and witnessed by track officials. The original form must be given to the track; no copies or faxes will be accepted. This form is good for one year; a new one must be filed annually.
